The exterior of the project preaches texture and tone. Varied materials work together, creating a façade that feels both fresh and timeless, and neutral tones emphasise the Marbella 50’s clean lines and soft curves. On the exterior, Austral Bricks La Paloma Castellana is a neutral foundation, making room for warmer toned bricks and stone along the exterior, creating depth through tone, contrast and texture.
A material first impression, Malpesa in Triana adds a warmer, Mediterranean feel against Austral Bricks La Paloma Castellana’s refined and architectural finish. Together, the materials articulate the home’s form, tracing both its sharp edges and its softer curves, and giving the exterior a sense of movement without excess.
A consciously designed, large home, the project puts family living first while prioritising a calm and beautiful aesthetic - large rooms, open-plan common living areas and kitchen, archway entries and high ceilings, the stairs leading to a loft-style upper-floor hallway.
The home feels both timeless and fresh, the bedrooms adorned with vast wardrobes, skylights and open space, en-suites mixing materials – through cabinetry and tiling - to reflect this. The model is a perfect example of modern family living, a home that you can grow into.
