Appointed with internationally award-winning hospitality, The Loft is fit with sleek interiors, culminating in the use of Austral Bricks’ Venetian Glass in Arctic Crystal Semi Polished, a striking feature wall running through the venue's dining space.
Designed by RTA Studio, the open mezzanine layout allows staff and guests to move with effortless fluidity in the glow of the key defining feature of the space, an expansive feature wall crafted from Austral Bricks’ Venetian Glass in Arctic Crystal. This large-scale glass brick installation serves as the structural and visual anchor of the space, capturing natural light and filtering it through the semi-polished material to balance the interior's moody atmosphere with an inviting warmth.
Positioned to illuminate the open kitchen, the translucent, reflective surface casts a soft light over the chefs at work, beautifully highlighting the artistry of the food. By making this glass masonry the central focus, the design injects light deep into the mezzanine, transforming a naturally dark space into a bright, balanced dining environment with impact.
Inspired by the centuries-old artistry of Venetian Murano glassmaking, the Venetian Glass Brick introduces incredible depth and structural movement to contemporary architecture, particularly when deployed as an expansive feature wall.
In the Arctic Crystal finish, a large-scale glass masonry wall becomes a dynamic canvas for light, softly diffusing natural sunshine throughout the day to flood the interior with a gentle, balanced glow. As evening falls, the expansive installation takes on an entirely new character; the translucent surface interacts with internal lighting to enhance the mood of darker interior palettes, seamlessly evolving from daytime warmth into a refined, romantic evening atmosphere.

Full glass bricks can be difficult to cut, therefore our entire Venetian Glass brick collection can be produced in half sizes - 110x110x76.
